The Paducah-McCracken County NAACP announced the winners of the 2024 Fredrika Hargrove/Martin Luther King Day Poster and Essay Contest at an awards ceremony held at Lone Oak Middle School on January 13.
This annual event encourages students to creatively express the values and ideals of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. while honoring the legacy of esteemed educator Fredrika Hargrove.
