Wild Health will be administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at Paducah Middle School site partnership with Team Kentucky. This vaccination clinic is for ages 5-11. Here is the link to register:

Clinic dates:
Friday, November 12, 2021, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Friday, November 19, 2021, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Friday, December 3, 2021, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Friday, December 10, 2021, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
The first dose should be scheduled for November 12 or 19. The second dose should be scheduled for December 3 or 10. Appointments are in 10-minute increments.
You WILL NOT be charged any out-of-pocket expense for the vaccine. Please note: This is a private vaccine clinic. Wild Health will only accept appointment registrations from those connected to Paducah Public Schools. Anyone outside of this organization will be asked to make an appointment elsewhere.
Masks must be worn to enter the facility. If you do not see any times available, then that means that the clinic has booked all appointments at that time. More vaccination appointments will be made available as resources allow. If you are receiving your second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, please bring your vaccine card to verify your first dose…keeping in mind that your first dose must be Pfizer.
