Paducah Middle School principal Geco Ross has been selected to serve a three-year term on the Commissioner’s Principal Advisory Council (PrAC).
The Principals Advisory Council (PrAC) provides direct input to Kentucky’s Commissioner of Education about important issues in Kentucky schools. The council allows for discussion and feedback from the field about topics that will lead to the improvement of Kentucky public schools and the opportunities they afford students. The goal of the council is to ensure excellent teaching and learning is happening in every classroom in every Kentucky school.
The Principal Advisory Council (PrAC) consists of approximately seventeen active principals who contribute crucial, diverse perspectives on education from across the Commonwealth. Four quarterly meetings take place each year.
